Clinical Informatics is a fast growing study of information technology and how it can be applied to the healthcare fields. As technology becomes more sophisticated and health care systems become more complex, the need to use technology to support clinical care is crucial. The Clinical Education program recognizes this and works to ensure staff are prepared to use technology to safely and effectively deliver care.
Clinical & Systems Transformation (CST)
We are currently working in partnership with the Provincial Health Services Authority and Providence Health Care to ensure the delivery of a learning strategy across all the health authorities for foundational computer use and clinical informatics. More information can be found on CST’s website CSTproject.ca.
